We are an accommodation in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola, specializing in offering a unique experience thanks to our private natural pool inspired by the Caribbean. It features a jacuzzi, a stone waterfall, a beach area, and a green space to enjoy the wonderful climate and sunshine of the coastal town of Gran Alacant.
On the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a pergola and a kitchen with a barbecue, as well as an outdoor bathroom.
The house has two floors. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a private terrace where you can enjoy views of the Santa Pola mountain range. On this floor, there is another bedroom with a triple bunk bed and another full bathroom.
Downstairs, there is a third double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. This floor also has another full bathroom and a separate, fully equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Just 100 meters from the property, you'll find a large shopping center where you can do your daily shopping (Mercadona, Lidl, Consum), as well as enjoy leisure and dining in the numerous restaurants and cafes located in this commercial and leisure area.It's worth noting that the property is located in a private residential development, very close to the Sierra de Santa Pola Natural Park. Several hiking trails start right at the property, allowing you to enjoy nature. Among these trails, the one that takes you to the Santa Pola lighthouse (a highly recommended point of interest) is a particularly noteworthy 40-minute walk.
And if Gran Alacant is famous for anything, it's undoubtedly for its stunning fine sandy beaches, dunes, and natural landscapes along the coast, with Carabassà beach being a prime example.
